We had so much picking out and chopping down our Christmas tree this year. Can't wait to do it all over again next year!

The Natural
Who doesn't love an excuse to get out of town?
I will never tire of the drive to the coast. The hills, the farms, the cute houses and little towns. We spent the day in Santa Rosa celebrating my beautiful cousin's 88th birthday (who deserves a post all to herself...!).
There is something about the different landscape that reminds me of great times, comforting childhood memories, and possibilities for future adventures. It is like seeing old friends: the flowers, colors, water, and trees. Especially the Eucalyptus trees. What is it about them that I love so much?
