Happy 6th birthday to my girl, Piper (on the right)!  And her sister (my mom's girl), Bella (on the left)!  This is one of my favorite pictures of them when they were pups.  Sweet, loving dogs!

Whole Life

Anyone who knows me knows that I (and James, too!) love dogs!  And our little ones, Piper and Fox hold special places in our hearts.  I hope to add a couple more to the family - they bring so much joy!  Here are some snapshots of the pups.

By the way, I have missed my blog!  Tax season is in full swing which means I'm almost living at the office these days and that leaves little time for much else... but I will be blogging still, it's just too much fun!

Dog Days

Is it already Monday?  It seems the weekends are not long enough (were they ever?) and some times returning to the office can seem a little emotionally daunting!  My best defense is to arm myself with positive reinforcements to help with the weekend-to-work transition.  What better way than pictures of my sweet dogs?  They never fail to lift my spirit and they always make me laugh!

(Soggy) Doggy Dash

This year James, my sister, and I participated in the Doggy Dash - a walk benefitting the SPCA.    We brought Piper and Fox and got soaked by the rain!  The event has since been renamed the "Soggy Dash".

Even though it rained we still dashed and it was so much fun to see all the adorable dogs of all different breeds and sizes!

We can't wait until next year's event!

Meet Fox

Three weeks ago James and I adopted a fine little fellow we've named Fox!  He is a happy, scruffy, loving dog who fits into our lives perfectly.  We're all getting along famously and we are so happy to add him to our family!

He is always on the move so for now, these are the best shots I have of the little rascal!

I've grown up with having dogs as part of our family - they are so sweet and love us unconditionally and NEVER fail to boost our spirits.  Today I'm sharing photos of my family's lab, Gypsy.  She's a sweetheart!

Phew... I couldn't be happier that this work week is finally coming to an end.  It's been a challenge.  Luckily, I'll be seeing my pal Piper tonight and she always cheers me up!

Ruff Life

James and I had doggie daycare duty when my parents went out of town for the day - the dogs had the time of their lives at our house!  Barking like mad, getting into everything, and napping the afternoon away.  What a life!
