I've been missing my blog lately and I need a pick-me-up! I am fortunate to say that there are only a few things that I'd change about my life if I had a magic wand... and while I have a wonderful life otherwise, sometimes those things creep in and cloud my vision!! It's been one of those weeks. So I've turned to something that can lift my spirits - my "Positive Sounds" compilation I made for myself awhile back. I want to share the words!

It's no secret I love Putumayo's music. I have many of their compilations and I never tire of the songs! Any music that can transport me to faraway places is my favorite - it's inspiring and exciting to hear music from places I've been or places I'd someday love to see. We had a very busy holiday weekend and now it's back to the grind! On this gloomy day (when is summer going to arrive??) I need some comforting sounds and NOBODY fits the bill better than the one and only Sarah McLachlan. My absolute, forever favorite.

This week has been an emotional rollercoaster for many different reasons. One of which I will share next week! A lot of adjusting and looking inwards for strength and finding comfort in the bond with my husband.
